The Master's Daughter is getting together a group of parents and their children to take part in a super fun and educational field trip to Madame Tussauds Wax Museum in Washington, DC! If you haven't seen my review on Kid Trips yet, check it out! Also, you can check out my personal review on my site.
After reading the reviews, I'm sure you are going to want to check this field trip out for yourself! Why not grab a few friends and meet up with us and some other mamas for a fun, educational morning at Madame Tussauds!
Details are as follows:
The field trip will take place Wednesday, August 7th at 10:30am. (Museum opens at 10:00am) We will meet at the ticket sales booth and make our way downstairs for the tour. After the tour, you are free to roam the museum at your leisure.
Included in the field trip with standard paid admission* are:
- FREE “Behind the Scenes” Educational Seminar, where your family will get a private behind the scenes look at all things Madame Tussauds. The session is held in a private room within the museum. Your guide will show and tell you how the museum makes their figures, sharing secrets that date back more than 200 years! You will even get to touch and hold the props used for the seminar and have the opportunity to ask questions of your experienced guide. (Tour is about half an hour. Then, you are free to visit the museum.)
- Voucher for a FREE Wax Hand as a keepsake of your visit. (Recommended for ages 5 and up, but they will do it for younger children.)
- There will also be a FREE raffle for a beautiful Presidents Gallery Guide Book.
(ages 3 and under are free).
~RSVP to [email protected] by July 24th~
